1. Reserve Your Commission — $10
Secure a place in the Early Winter Commission window. Your reservation fee will be credited toward the final purchase price and is refundable if the submitted photo is unsuitable for this process. (A limited number of commissions are being accepted to ensure holiday delivery by December 20, 2026.)
2. Submit Your Photograph
I’ll contact you by email to request and review your photograph(s) and confirm that they’re suitable for the printing process. Only one photograph will be selected for the final portrait.
3. Approve Your Design — $140
Once your photo is confirmed, the remaining $140 of the initial $150 payment is due. I'll then compose a digital mockup of your portrait for your approval before beginning the physical print. One round of mockup adjustments is included.
4. Completion — $150
The final balance is due when your portrait is complete, before shipping or scheduled pickup.
Total commission price: $300, unframed, plus shipping.
